Instructions
- Prepare the White Base Layer: Whip the coconut cream and plant-based cream cheese together with maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. Stir in the natural gelling agent, then chill slightly to thicken the mixture.
- Create the Yellow Middle Layer: Mix whipped coconut cream with turmeric powder, orange juice, and maple syrup until it achieves a bright yellow color and creamy texture. Add the natural gelling agent and combine well to help it set.
- Make the Orange Top Layer: Blend pumpkin puree with plant-based cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and natural gelling agent. Stir in orange juice to achieve a soft orange shade with balanced sweetness.
