Instructions

  3. Add Olive Oil and Cook: Pour enough olive oil over the chicken to cover it halfway, ensuring even cooking and flavor penetration. Cover loosely and cook slowly in a low oven set to 275°F (135°C) for 2 to 3 hours until the meat is tender and falls off the bone easily.
