Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients and Pasta: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain carefully and lay the noodles flat on a clean surface to cool slightly, preventing sticking and making rolling easier.
  2. Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix plant-based ricotta cheese, finely chopped fresh spinach, minced garlic, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, and natural gelling agent. Stir well until creamy, smooth, and evenly combined with balanced seasoning.
  3. Assemble the Roll Ups: Place one cooled lasagna noodle on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the filling evenly over the noodle, then layer two smoked turkey slices on top. Roll the noodle tightly from one end to the other, creating a neat cylinder. Repeat with all remaining noodles.
  4. Bake with Sauce and Cheese: Spread a thin layer of natural marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the roll ups seam-side down in the dish. Pour the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the tops and sprinkle shredded plant-based mozzarella cheese.
