Instructions
- Prepare Your Nuts and Seeds: Coarsely chop the mixed nuts and measure out all the seeds to ensure even texture and flavor distribution throughout the bread.
- Activate Chia Seeds: Combine the chia seeds with a small amount of water and let them sit until a thick natural gelling agent forms that will help bind the bread.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the chopped nuts, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseeds, baking soda, and sea salt to create the bread’s hearty base.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, stir together the melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, and the prepared chia natural gelling agent until well combined.
