  • 10g chia seeds mixed with 30ml water to activate natural gelling agent

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Nuts and Seeds: Coarsely chop the mixed nuts and measure out all the seeds to ensure even texture and flavor distribution throughout the bread.
  2. Activate Chia Seeds: Combine the chia seeds with a small amount of water and let them sit until a thick natural gelling agent forms that will help bind the bread.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the chopped nuts, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseeds, baking soda, and sea salt to create the bread’s hearty base.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, stir together the melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, and the prepared chia natural gelling agent until well combined.
  5. Mix and Rest Batter: Pour the wet ingredients slowly into the dry mixture and stir thoroughly. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes to activate the natural gelling agents and thicken the mixture.
