Instructions

  1. Prepare the Watermelon: Remove the rind and cut the watermelon into chunks. Blend the pieces in a food processor or blender until completely smooth to ensure maximum freshness in every bite.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Pour the blended watermelon into a bowl. Add the fresh lime juice and maple syrup (natural) if using. Sprinkle in the natural gelling agent as directed on the package and stir well until fully combined.
  3. Add Mint Infusion: Lightly bruise the fresh mint leaves to release their flavor and gently fold them into the watermelon mixture to give a refreshing herbal note.
